Anita offers private one on one sessions booked at one and two hour intervals. She also offers monthly concierge packages.
-Individual Sessions: $175.00/session
-Concierge Packages are available

Individual therapy is a great starting point, however, we do not exist in a vacuum. Like it or not, as social beings, we are profoundly dependent on others. Groups can provide feedback and support that we so greatly rely on to help us gain differing views while being in a supporting environment.
